Don't Worry Eat Curry !

Introduction

Curry hmm, the taste of a succulent chicken tikka masala bathed in it's rich aromatic sauce conjures thoughts of the east. Sprinkling of fresh coriander leaves and some hot chapatis, time to delve in this exotic fragrant experience. As you may have surmised i enjoy asian curries especially tikka masala the taste is exquisite as it tantalises the taste buds and viscerally sublime. Could it be the ghee ? the clarified butter used in many asian dishes or the combination of spices and herbs complimenting each other. This adumbration completes the premise and neatly segues into the next section why do we like curry ?

Why Curry ?

Theories regarding why people enjoy a curry and its many variations still remain unanswered until now. I purpose a theory that had taken many years in development by frequenting these establishments and questioning the gastronomic alchemist (cooks). Infusion of many ingredients including spices, herbs harmoniously infused to create a taste bud euphoria. As with psychedelic drugs that may induce altered states of conciousness, the curry provides a similar scope albeit limited to gustation. Because the impact of gustation is so immense to the senses it stimulates many other areas of the mind and body, like a stimulant it enhances the senses.

Finally

If we sat down together and ate a nice curry we'd ignore the trivial, selective and propagandist media and all the scaremongering, ignorant bigots, and just brake chappaties or nans in harmony. While eating we'd realise that food is what can heal the world in many ways it brings peace, especially if it's not used as a political weapon, or a form of enslavement and dependence by peoples of the world relying on handouts. If you can't get out then make your own, it's easy with the aid of videojug and youtube. Enough politics for now just get a curry and don't worry about the media flurry just enjoy your curry, yes it is funny.
